Been the weakest part of this club for 20 years. We’ve barely produced a star out of the draft other than Jobe and Joe who were f/s so we couldn’t miss. The next closest thing would be Heppell who probably wouldn’t make the best 22 of West Coast, Geelong or Richmond and has zero x-factor. I don’t know whether to blame Dodoro, the club culture, or the development coaches, or just all of them.

Hepp is probably the ideal captain to come in once you’ve won a few flag and have a senior core of leaders. Therefore definitely not what we need.

Maybe Jones is the one to lead us out of this mire.
