FFS he hasn’t even played a full scratch match yet!
Harry!!!
Hang on a mo…are you saying that you have two sides to you???
When was the last time you came out and ripped into your staff in the media. Comparing your leadership to your perception of his based on what he does publically is ridiculous. You do nothing publically regarding your staff, and if you did, l’m sure it would all go to s#$t
You must be a Whoosha fan.
I’d like to hear some honest opinions from Clone Hirdys staff before I bother drawing any tenuous connections between being an AFL captain and someone randoms job
My staff hate me but my customers love me.
Take it to the “If I was in charge” Thread… FFS!
And how the hell would you Know what happens behind closed doors, with no cameras?
You are grasping at straws
Lol
Mickey D’s?
My staff love me and my customers love my staff.
for that one game i could probably find you equal games where he’s misses open targets by 20 meters, or has killed momentum better than zaka can and so on and so on.
granted you’re not gonna find anyone on this list who has good disposal or decision making anymore.
you’d hope your leader though isn’t one making the common mistakes that under 12’s make.
on the flip side of people pointing out about CH point, what exactly is Heppell’s style of leadership ?
cos whatever it is, it’s not transferring itself into the 2 hours it matters most.
I mean people can’t complain on the one hand that club is so closed off and secretive, and then criticise when people only have the outside available material to go by.
cos that picture paints a leader who laughs and smiles after loss’s, regurgitates the same old PR speak that some attribute and despise Xav for, a guy who says it’s just a job, and that they are still learning yada yada, i mean he’s 28, his career is almost over and he’s still ■■■■■■■ trotting out “learnings”.
oh but yeah trust us, behind closed doors he’s really a great leader, does all the right things and yada yada, it’s just unlucky again that it never translates onto the footy field in the 2 hours it matters most.
I heard Heppell on SEN the other week before the GWS or Brisbane game. He was mostly laid back and jovial, but when he got asked a couple of dumb questions you could hear him sit up straight and his tone changed.
I think his ability to be fun at the right times and serious at the right times is a strength.
Take it to the Harrison Jones thread.
38 new posts. I thought Indy must have been selected, but no, people carrying on about Heppell. Take it to another thread pork chops.
Jordan Ridley says hi
I could see how well this would translate into winning football matches…
I hope he gets dreads… We need more dreads…
