Yes - that was my point. Houli’s response above captures it - He’s depth for Langford unless Langford is injured or we move Langford back onto a wing as per 2021. Is there another role Jones can play? It isn’t 2nd tall.

He needs to learn forward craft which may be impossible - He doesn’t move round enough,

I keep being criticised for sticking up for this bloke. So many fans say get rid of him, he’s no good etc. I say, what do you expect… Ge hadn’t had a proper preseason yet (still) and hasn’t had any continuity of matches. 2021 showed his talent, that doesn’t disappear. I repeat what I’ve long said, if (if) he has two strong preseasons then he will be a terrific player. Can we get him fit? That’s the unknown.

Agree and I think we should start a Harry Jones Admiration Club right away and anyone who doesn’t sign up before 2024 season start will never be allowed to jump on board when Harrison becomes the star we know he will become.

you’re not even disproving his theory, you’re actively proving it, and then claim he was tracking well.
I don’t think his point was he wasn’t tracking well, it’s that he can’t do it if he is the main or second forward.
as someone else mentioned, why not show footage from 22-23 that disprove his theory, rather than the 21 footage that proves it ?
