He’s another lad with a load of talent, I just feel he needs a bit of continuity with his body. If he can put together a preseason and play regular footy, I think with the extra size he’s put on he can provide a great option up forward. I see him as a more mobile CHF. I see the CHF spot being a battle between Jones and Hunter. But it’ll probs go to Weid
Interesting. Physically, they’re doing quite well. Hopefully their confidence grows with the physical development, I think that holds them back as much as anything.
Who would have thought that it might take a skinny key forward a few years to grow into his frame?
Ummm… Are you trying to tell us something?
Otherwise, I think you’re taking political correctness to new heights. (Mind you, I couldn’t open that X link.)
I couldn’t watch the video but assumed it covered more than Jones, like Cox and Reid as well
It did.
He’s definitely looking stronger and building fitness. Now it’s up to consistency. If he has that he will be a permanent forward (4th man) with less pressure and able to help make a difference.
Those veins are popin. Hope he’s not on the juice.
Relax, it’s only thymomodulin.
It’s just the Thymosin Beta filter included in photoshop.

He is one of the guys im most excited about this year.
Its a shame how many of our younger guys have been injured so often, I was at round 1 last year and even then you could see Harry limping slightly.
He’s just had a horrid run at it, lets hope this season is different and he can contribute 30+ goals.
Would love to see a few more of his floating across the front of the pack marks like Hird used to do. Not comparing him to the great man in any way but it’s a skill that not that many players seem to be able to execute consistently.
What I want from Jones is more leading to the wing to provide the big mark when we are clearing the backline inder pressure. That is one of the most important things he needs to do as a mobile the CHF.
That’s how I see him playing if he’s going to make it. There are stay-at-home CHFs and there are roaming CHFs, and if Harry is a CHF at all it’s the roaming variety.
Yeah but as I think we have all observed and Scooter has mentioned during pre-season, he’s not a natural leading forward and has a lot to work on in that area.
If we are relying on that part of his game to develop for him to make it, then I fear we may be disappointed.
He can still be effective as an up and back forward, working his opponent over and jumping at the ball, but I don’t think he is ever going to be a great hit up player so the question is, is there still a spot for him if that is the case.
Even if Harry had a leg amputated I’d rather him in the team than Weed
