While Redman should be expected to be a better 1:1 defender, I put some of his form slump on Brad.
Brad’s preference for Mcgrath and Martin to be our attacking play makers off halfback just isn’t understanding where your player’s strengths are.
Redman is better when he’s attacking, Mcgrath is a better 1:1 player/not the best kick and Martin is a better winger/half forward.
And I think this shuffle has come at the expense of Redman’s natural game.
Or he’s trying to get him to defend first which he’s primary job, if he is spiking it up because others are ahead of him for a role either work for it and earn it or nick off
This surprises me and I’ve never heard that about him. At underage level he was one of the most dedicated and professional kids that many had seen. He worked harder than others and had a huge drive to become a good footballer. Now he just seems not interested
Probably because the club doesn’t support their own in the face of the corrupt tribunal system.
Imagine if your employer didn’t have your back, would you give 2 fuxs?
I hate this talk, because literally no one was calling for him to be traded halfway through last year when he was getting close to AA form, and everyone celebrated when he resigned.
