How the fark you do a qaud at training

Useless EFC

I have the sneaking suspicion that some people have never exercised to any great intensity in their entire life.

Oval surface must be ■■■■ at the hangar

BRING YOUR MOUTHGUARD TO TRAINING

(but don’t you dare get injured)

It happened during match sim, on the Marvel oval.

It’s my fault guys, I made a post a month or so ago basking in the relative health of our list.

I should have remembered the direct link between online forum chatter and an over-cooked Quadricep.

You bring the mouthguard to prevent quad tears. Even a basic exercise scientician knows that.

Very disappointing injury. This bloke has been so good for us this year

Surely this is a great opportunity for Tsatas to come into the side and spend some decent time actually playing football

This could hurt the team more than people think. Don’t think we have anyone who has the will and engine to work both ways as he does.

This is the best idea in this thread so far.

Sam Landsberger carrying on like a flog about the injury. Saying something is wrong at the Bombers to have so many soft tissue injuries, especially because the injury was at training.

Mind you, I haven’t heard him make similar comments about FarkCarlton or Richmond.

I could just be biased though because he ■■■■■■ me off with his awful call regarding the 2MP suspension.

4 weeks seems very optimistic for a muscle that’s torn. Cal is drinking the cool aid.
