Vice like tackling was superb today. I missed the first half but he seems more effective than Kako at the moment who from what I saw is still very fumbly and doesn’t stick his tackles like Huss does. Kako more assets to be a star though with his speed, but a very impressive first year in the AFL from Huss.
He is one of my favourites already. So humble and clearly coachable. Some great pressure today. Has to stay in.

Tbf to the selectors, it could be said that dropping him is what caused this defensive turnaround.

Yeah, I don’t see a big issue in dropping a kid to work on a part of their game, as long as you reward them when they do what’s asked. Huss did that and Solly rewarded him and it paid off.

Such an awesome effort winning a 2 vs 1. Made even sweeter when his fellow class of 25 members in Farrow and Robey combined to capitalise and kick the goal.

Has a bit of Deano Rioli about him. He’s very one touch and makes his possessions count.he’s effort today was incredible. A couple more preseasons and watch out.
