I’m marking this as a good deal. He may not be the league’s best ruckman, but he’s not bad, and we didn’t give up much to get him and we are desperately short of ruckman.
We’ve generally done badly in trades with FC. Let’s hope this one works well for us.

Watch us play Franga for the the first half, and then bring this guy on in the 2nd. ASADA will be all over us.
Edit: He’ll be 28\29 during the season. Good stop gap (ignoring Zlarke) if Bellchambers breaks before Draper is ready, allowing us to keep Smack in the forwardline (especially if we lose Daniher.)

I’m very happy with this one. We need a stop gap between Belly and Draper and he fits that nicely. I think he is a decent ruckman.
He’s in for a shock when he realises that Cripps isn’t there to gather all his taps.

I think he’ll really push for #1 ruck position. Always seemed to cover the ground well however can’t recall if it was in bursts or just a big tank.
He’s way better than Clarke.

a huge upgrade on Clarke
Has played a total of 41 games for GWS and Carlton with a win/loss ratio of 6/35!
Of course 2 of those wins were against Essendon.
