#4 Kyle Langford — not our worst in possibly our worst

I’m not sure how you come to that conclusion because of Langford’s omission

I got a feeling Stringer will be a late out and Langford will be in.

AFL 360 saying that Langford is the number 1 ranked Essendon player since round 9 - is that true?!

none of the emergencies are named in the VFL

Yeah, I forgot about Brown so it’s likely Hooker stays back.

I would have kept Langers over Brown.

Stassi > TIPPA

I can’t think of any situation where you’d be deciding between Brown and Langford.

Why?

Are there strict rules on team selection and structure?

Didn’t we just come off bye, he’s early 20’s ffs, if he needs a rest them trade him now!

No, but I think the structure’s right as it is. Go too small and you’ll end up with Lav/Stringer copping bigger defenders and they’ll suffer for it.

They can exploit bigger defenders at ground level.

Brown is hardly a big anyway and is hardly attracting the big lock down defenders anyway. He generally cops the intercepting defenders that allow him to run up the field where he’s not dangerous.

Langford gunna exploit defenders with his agility?

Who would you drop with this line up ?

He’s s better mark than Brown and can play mid or forward.

He’s not replacing a kpf least of all one likely/able to be switching with Hooker either from the start or across the course of the game

Brown can also play back, which is what we’ll need if Hooker goes forward.
