We need 2MP firing too, I think its critical. If teams focus on Langers, then Wright will get them. If they manage to curtail Wright & Langers, then Jake & Jones (if they can kick straight) can bob up. Langers can’t do it on his own.

So strange to think that Langford and Laverde are from the same draft.
Langford hitting his peak and you’d think would be a great player for the next 3-4 years.
Laverde is 2 years past his prime and is on the outskirts of the best 22.
Langford would have to be one of the best 1vs1 offensive players in the league when the ball is loose in his vicinity

he can do it from the left, he can switch up and do it from the right, on the run, on the lead, it really doesn’t seem to matter.
he is a legit star, IMO.

Would be a AA lock at this stage of the season….and I don’t even reckon he has had a standout dominant game yet. Probably hasn’t played a game this season that would rank in his top 3 or 4 from last year…so still some upside I reckon.

It’s all about synergy now. Hopefully our forward line can stay on the park together for a few games. Obviously Gresham is new but how many games have Langford, Wright, Jones, Stringer and Guelfi played together as a forward unit? On paper it’s a good forward line and could become a force in the 2nd half of the year if they stay fit.
