Yep well done to Langford. Bit unfortunate that supporters are left wondering about his form drop off when he is clearly being hampered with a lower half injury somewhere- has impacted his kicking and power IMO.

It’s so obvious though, he just can’t get separation from his oppenent, his movement is different - just the eye-test.
I don’t see it as an excuse, just an explanation. If he’s picked to play, he should be performing. But in real life all across the league, that is fairy-tale stuff as players are often carrying degrees of restriction but clubs play them anyway because winning.

Takes a contested mark and goal to almost win us the game then drops an uncontested mark on the lead to almost lose us the game. I’m happy I actually saw defensive pressure from him today.

Yeah he should have held onto it, but Duursma was too quick to react and hit him up, looked like a hard one to hold onto. He’d be kicking himself it bounced out of his hands. Could have been a 3 goal win if he marked it, plus Jones’ shank just before it.

he said post match he thought dursma was going for goal and got caught off guard when the pass came his way.
