With Lewis Hayes showing potential I’d argue it’s a waste of time playing him any day.
EDIT: Wrong thread but ya know what? Hayes forward!

I thought Langford was one of our best in the first half. Then disappeared.
Understandable, match conditioning and heavy conditions.
Langford and 2MP are both needed up forward to help Caddy and Kako grow without being monstered. Give Langers a chance to regain form before you go dropping him.
He definitely wasn’t looking to test out that hamstring.
I know some Blitzers may roll their eyes at this, but I thought the short period early when he played on the wing was when we were most dangerous.
He did play some god awful football in the second half though.
He has been a bit ordinary in his first 2 games back.
Obviously badly out of touch.
He’s been pathetic since coming back from injury.
Needs to pick up as a senior player in a young team
Its not his fault. Club rushed him back instead of exposing a young player vs coll on anzac day.
This is a result of Dodo 20yrs bad list management.
Clearly wirh his injury history if our club was stronger he would have returned via vfl and built his fitness and broken back into seniors at full fitness.
Im just glad he didnt re injure vs coll
Nothing stopped Scott playing Menzie in the 22 instead of Langford against Collingwood and a youngster as the sub. Or SEH for Langford, who’d been sub the previous 3 weeks.
Don’t blame the list for Scott’s decisions.
Bullshit. No one to blame for his ■■■■ poor form but himself
Shift him back and Redmon forward
He’s not as sharp as he was last season … looks to have lost a bit of speed and agility so still on the way back I reckon.
Given Perko looks so comfortable playing deeper in the forwad line I’d be tempted to just swap them around. Kyle can play high hf, is a smart footy player and knows his way around the flank and wing.
He’ll come good. And a Swans home game after 9 days break might just be the ticket.
If Menzie fumbled his way through 3 quarters and then Langers came on, had a couple of touches and kicked a goal, you’d (everyone else also) be calling Scott a moron for having him as sub.
He’s the same height as Matthew Lloyd, plays like he’s 10 cms shorter. Can’t jump
I think he might be cooked.
He’s 35 in Essington years…so 28 in real life.
He just looks heavy in the legs, he has put on a fair bit of mass over the last two years to play that deep forward role and he looks a bit slow playing higher. It could also be a fitness thing as he is coming back from a decent lay off.
Langford is one of those that needs a couple of games before he gets going imo
