There was doubt about this kid being ready this season, when we got our injured players back.
He is ready skill wise, but may need to be managed to get 22 games out of him.
For me he plays Round 1.

You are probably correct. I just found this match today so frustrating. Happy with the new boys generally. But really no changes in the way any of the older players did their stuff. Langford is 29 and his best was 2023 and 2024. I cannot see him kicking 50 goals again, which we need. Peter Wright is the same, and Nate Caddy, while still a kid needs to show more. I just do not see any game plan on how these three work together.

You’d think after the two practice match performances there’s no way he can be left out of the round 1 team. But I never underestimate our club’s ability to make stupid decisions.
He was the biggest positive from today, right? He just looks like a natural, he’s got a lot of good traits.
