There will definitely be a change if 2 are held over. The other one would be just incase
On the Dons On Air podcast this week Fantasia said he felt like crap after training so maybe he’s still not 100%. Must be a pretty bad virus.
Given the weather and Woosh already noting Cats 4 dangerous smalls could easily see McNeice in for Ridley
Will be spewing if Raz doesn’t get up
Raz lacking a Windy Hill flu shot.
Sack the medical staff.
So Geelong have held back 3 VFL players. Some changes for them as well then.
It’s just common sense for both clubs to deliberately leave out at least a couple of players from the VFL game in case of unexpected player illness or injury pre-game or in the warm up. I don’t think it necessarily means there will be changes… if anything with Geelong leaving out 3 players means they may be more likely to make unexpected changes.
Several years ago (2003 vs West Coast @ Docklands) we didn’t do this… and Rob Forster-Knight had to play 8 quarters as we had a couple of late changes pre-match. We still beat the top of the table Eagles that day… ironically coached by Worsfold.
He probably is too
Damn we really need him
7 quarters. Pulled out of the crowd. minutes before the start after playing at Sandy, had to warm up and didn’t come on till after quarter time.
Apologies. Played 7 quarters… but hardly ideal.
Looks like it is Fantasia out again.
Source?
Same user that posted about him being out last week on Big footy.
That being said, also a rumour that Kelly is out and Parsons is in.
Damn, hopefully is false.
IF Orazio is out (Again!) … then it’s only fair Tim Kelly misses as well. (IF true)
Both play different roles but equally as important for their teams chances of winning.
