I really like this kid. Last 2 games in the VFL and he looks very assured already as a small defender. Height might be an issue maybe but right not I’m not sure what the knock on him is.

He’s being developed into a ■■■■ player.
Kicking was scratchy in his draft year but wasn’t terrible

He can midfield, i would have liked to have seen him get a couple of centre bounces, or if not Johnson or lual. Wasted playing a young vfl guy in there instead of our young afl guys when the opportunity arose, the first 2 of which have played midfield centre square their whole life.
None are going to play midfield in the ones. If they are to have afl careers they need to be playing elsewhere, so let them develop in roles they are likely to get opportunities in.

I don’t mean permanently, but give them a small taste when the vfl team is bereft of any afl listed midfielders, coz they won’t get the chance again when players come back, maybe for years.
