I actually donât think he will play back next year.
I think it will be forward, with bursts through the middle.
Down back he is obviously fantastic running out of defence. But has problems when the ball is in the air, even on the opposition smalls, and struggles to find touch on a body if ever left isolated one on one.

You have to really assess Walla's game till about round 15. Clearly body a bit tired now but with a pre-season under his best could really be anything. Lots of development understandably still needed however and has to work on his hands in aerial contests. Great future however.Yup, however I still think it is a real credit to his effort and professionalism that he has managed to play 20 games this season. This is a very solid season for a rookie, no matter what the stats are.
Iâm sure those who were at the game would have a better handle on this but from watching the replay Tippa seemed to be free a lot but not used coming out of defense. Has he not earnt the trust of his teammates? I find it odd since when he is given the ball his decision making and positive game play really opens up the defense. On the same note, the amount of give and goes McKenna creates that arenât honored is huge. Both these players should be looked for more and Iâm sure we would escape the forward press with greater ease. Give the ball to Tippa and Conner.

I think that there is a lot of relationship football between certain playerâs which is not conducive to team football. Western Bulldogs- Crows - Hawthorn they honour just about everything Essendon does not. The sooner this happens we move forward as a club and team. The sooner we look at options rather than just Joe we will move forward as a team. We have a â â â â load of possessions backwards of centre which creates stagnation and frustrating further forward. Tippa Conor give them the ball with instructions to look and move forward at all costs not f35ttcking backwards. Our offensive movementâs are created off this with some confidence

watching that from down the line, it was amazing that he ended up with the ball. He basically extracted that from the grasp of the dogs player, then took off and dispatched before anyone knew what had happened.
