#43 Anthony McDonald-Tipungwuti - WALLA MACCA TIPPA - till 2022

Aprantley Sheeds tried a few times to reconcile with Kicket over the years but still doesn’t want a bar of it

Yes! A new season of the Walla show is about to air!

Time heals all wounds. Holding a grudge over something that happened in a sports game nearly 30 years ago is real petty and childish. If he doesn’t wanna support the club it’s no skin off my nose and I doubt anyone at the club gives 2 fks either.

Kickett didn’t deserve to play in that GF. He was great earlier in the year, but he hardly did anything for about 6 weeks leading into the GF, so what did he expect?

Well, I still hate FCFC for what they did in getting John Coleman suspended which caused us to lose the flag that year. That was nearly 70 years ago.

If you think it’s “petty and childish” and BBers agree with you, rather than maintaining the rage against that and other injustices, you and they should never use this phrase again:

Fark Carlton!

Jesus that hurts when you put it like that!

Saw a young fella, probably about 10, in the local pizza shop last night, proudly wearing his Essendon jumper, asked him his favourite player … “Tipungwuti” was his reply.

Warmed my heart to see a proud young bomber out and about. With the likes of Walla, Joe and Hepp to promote us to the younger generation we are in good hands.

I get Kickett’s angst, but he did play in our 1990 grand final side*. So he has played a grand final for us.

*note, I’m told there was a grand final in 1990 that Essendon played in. But I do not recall this at all, and prefer to keep it this way.

I attend VFL regularly and Walla is always the player that gets swamped by the kids.

They love him.

A premiership would help our promotion too.

Between Tippa, Fantasia and Daniher.

It’s an absolute cash cow for selling merch atm.

Still plenty of Heppell love amongst the juniors.

Bomber kids outnumber all other teams at my boy’s auskick in Brisbane. The first 4 to arrive for week 1 all had EFC jumpers. Was great to see. He did also choose No.43 without any direction from me.

Didn’t really rate his first 3 quarters but after that…WOW. He got us going in the last amen nist kept going and presenting. Doesn’t need a full match to impact a game. Only special players have the ability to have major impact from minimal touches

below avg game till 4th qtr, then he just decided to be everywhere, run his opponents ragged, chase down loose crows and give deft taps and freak hand balls left right and centre

always manages to break loose on to the wings towards the end of games

He’s a bit like Cyril.
