Loved how the boys got around him when he kicked his first (and Jones as well). Great to see the team celebrating each other’s successes so enthusiastically.
Surely that’s a made-up name
Hope Aquaperson gives Saadsack an absolute bath in a few weeks, kicks 6 on him and sends the Blues 2021 season down the gurgler.
Tickets please?
Would love that.
So at what point do we look at his potential as a midfielder? Probably needs a full preseason to build his tank. He’s powerful, physical and from what I’ve seen good in traffic with a great kick… Could he play a similar midfield type role that Stringer plays?
I want everyone in the team to pass the ball to Waterman, even when they at 10m out directly in front, so he lines up to kick all our shots at goal.
I’m curious what residual effects from the illness remain. Does he have endurance limitations still or is he 100% back to normal?
He was drafted originally as a mid. He moved forward to manage his limited endurance.
Maybe he trims down as endurance returns and he might be able to do both… here’s hoping!
Or maybe we just leave him at FF and have him plow through soft carnt backs like Rampe, Saad, etc
Endurance is only important if playing mid full time. I see him playing a very similar role to Stringer.
JUST BRING THE ■■■■ I- o wait
Looks a bloody talented player!!
Thumping kick!!
Not sure if this has been posted. Nice read.
Sorry, probably discussed earlier but was his Dad in the rooms pre game?
Nope just his mum
I didn’t see a shot of Dad the whole night. Was he there at all?
He was in WA
Had a feeling he wasn’t there at all. Hard to fathom why.
Waterman is a tough nut. We need more just like him. A lot more.
