Prior to COVID we were doing some work up there.
some is not lots
If only there were some mode of transportation that could take someone from Mebourne to another city.
Oh well, it’s a madman’s dream.
yeah the cost cutting dons paying for flights to tiwi islands. during covid. the most formative years for the current draft crops. when we couldn’t even manage wallas fitness in the bubble
You’re aware that 2018 came before 2020, when COVID hit?
wow incredible show the reports of EFC putting in a lot of resources and work into the tiwi.
Huh?
You’re calling out a highly respected development coach saying he coached this kid in 2018, in Darwin.
It’s on you to prove that.
How much money/work should they have been putting into Tiwi and how much were they?
we’ve only had 2 players from tiwi, walla and now munkara.
so clearly enough
I feel like people expect too much out of a population of ~2500…
Just an 11th AFL premiership and a 4th Norm Smith
That tweet is from a former employee who is really proud that his work has paid dividends for Anthony and the club. It isn’t an EFC PR move.
Also, the fact that no other club bid on him was reportedly because Essendon has already put in place a very strong support network. No club seems to have confidence they could reproduce that well enough. That’s external noise, the club has said nothing on this.
the AFL achievement level per capita is mind blogging though.
Here’s Munkara.
Anthony Munkara.
…
30 metres, ohhhhhh what play…
Anthony is so playing senior footy this year, whether blitz accepts it or not
I’m sold. 100%.
Dreamtime @ the G. Oh my.

I’ve watched that munkara fend off video about 10x already.
