#45 Conor McKenna - the first six years

Conor has posted an insastory of him catching up with Ray Conellan. Not sure if that’s a good or bad sign.

Not much new in this one.

But this one might have some insights not seen before.

It would be nice to know when that interview was done. Tentatively positive.

That’s an old interview.

The second article was written December 2019.

The first article is basically written about the club statement, no new information there either really.

I did check to see if either had been posted on here , but couldn’t find them. Unfortunately a lot of news sites leave old articles in their feed and even using the Google Tools-> Last 24 hours give a whole list of old articles that you have to sieve through.

Surely the Diamond Dons or Essendonians can set up his family in a nice house in Moonee Ponds with jobs for all for a couple of seasons?

Conor in a good space and all set to return to Tulla at the end of next week, according to Tom Browne tonight.

Great news if true

If he goes forward, he will become an AFL star. But just maybe he and Fanta will rotate through half back. That will confuse opponents no end.

will that mean he misses the eagles game?
or get back just in time for it.

Sooo, now we choose to believe Tom Browne??
I’d like to trust him but unfortunately I just can’t.
The bloke is a dead set c***

I just don’t trust Tom Browne.

Hope he is right though.

I don’t trust their bad news as it’s always exaggerated, but they only tell us good news reluctantly, so it’s probably on the money.

we believe him when it suits us

We don’t believe Tom Browne. He has just stolen our opinion.

Didn’t happen until we have confirmation of Fantasia giving him half a mock spray…

If McKenna does return, then the Bombers need to play an exhibition match with another AFL side in Ireland post season. Imagine how proud Connor would be to have that chance to play in front of his home crowd. Not to mention the benefits from being home for the off season.
