Id probably take the punt on him too, I just don’t see a lot of value in recruiting 25 y/o guys for depth.
If they realistically see a spot for him this year (not even necessarily right away) then sure.

Honestly with parish unlikely for gc and seh and Roberts pretty underwhelming yesterday I could almost see Edwards into the Rd 1 team.

Just awkward in every way…
But he held the grabs.
Took the shots.
Set shot routine was uncomplicated.
And when he hit the little i50 pass late to Kako, he ticked a bunch of other boxes.
I think he’s worth a list spot.

Nice side.
Forwards are hard to find, give him a full game next and see how he does, he looks dangerous you have to sign him.

He seems pretty dead eye too, i have been worried about the accuracy of our forwards this season, coz caddy and kako aren’t great set shots and draper will also be down there a lot, so Edwards could come in handy to break the row of points and take the pressure off the side.

My lasting memory of McKernan was his ability to draw a free from the ruck contest. I’d have no idea what it would be for mind you. Pity it was for the other team.
