There will be some big changes with 3 to go out, whatever happens.
It actually makes you wonder if certain inclusions in this years leadership group were chosen to try and cement them. It didn’t work at Gold Coast, It didn’t work at at Essendon.

Don’t understand the need for leadership group. Captain & vice - everyone else all in it together. There will be natural leaders who will play their part regardless of whether they’re named as such. Also no offence to guys who deserve to be in the group but for whatever reason are not named.

There might just be a more streamlined leadership group this year. If we use a cookie cutter on the Richmond approach it might be 3. If we go the inclusive route, it could be as many as 9 like Brisbane, which would be a joke tbh, but they did very well inspite of it.
