#5 Elijah Tsatas (Part 2)

I hear McQualter has already decided to name his next child Elijah if they are a boy…

I dont even like the player tsatas represents, but this is peak comedy.

Its probably best for everyone.

It’ll be a constant mystery why we picked this bloke. Not his fault at all. I’m a fan of his worth ethic and intent at the contest.

But we’re actually well stocked for inside mids and Brad doesn’t want to give him any legitimate chance to get established at afl level.

Just reckon we need to pull the pin and give him 5 to 8 games straight to see what he can do. Losing doesn’t matter a great deal this year! It’s a risk I’m willing to take.

This trend of one game, VFL/bye/emergency is helping no one.

We have too many mids. Not enough quality forwards. Has to change and is easy to change. Sure we won’t get much for Tsatas but who cares he doesn’t play anyway. Shiel will go as well and maybe one more

Still contracted for next year so Elijah will obviously have a say in what happens

I reckon it will be more than 1 more.

There’s no a chance he’ll want to stay. West Coast would be a good fit

Are you hearing any things Ace?

No, nothing at all. Just stating that the whole send him to West Coast as steak knives thing isn’t solely decided by the club. As a contracted player he might decide that somewhere else is a better fit and that he could be dealt separately

See you next year in Collingwood colours

The pick we get for Tsatas trade it to WC with our 2 firsts

He didn’t get a chance to play last week and work on the things he needs to work on.

Let’s see what he and Parish dish up Saturday night.

We won’t get anything significant for a kid that can’t break into a team as ■■■■ as ours. No runs on the board. Will get a late second rounder at best.

Doesn’t really matter what he dishes up at this point

C’mon Elijah that’s a bit of a stretch. Hobbs is hard at it tackles well and shouldn’t be a half forward in the first place .

There is no reason Tsatas shouldn’t be able to run out games.

Last time I checked a broken finger doesn’t stop you from running and building more of a tank .

Where does the running out games myth come from? Because he looked gassed after playing one game in five weeks against north?
He was fine in the crows game got 8 possessions I think in the last quarter and was fine the week after the north game in the vfl.
Everyone knows a player misses games they lose match fitness it fact.
The Hobbs part is a joke if he’s no good as a half forward don’t play him and Hobbs did go into the midfield last week after half time you know what he did got four touches in the third quarter zero contested possessions zero clearances and zero tackles and then the fourth quarter he got an amazing 1 possession and 1 tackle he mustn’t be fit enough to play midfield

To put it simply.

It is a farken disgrace the way this bloke has been treated

How can Hobbs be playing ahead of this bloke after last week… Stick it up us Lij! Go to Richmond and become a superstar, nothing we deserve more!

Given Hobbs is almost entirely playing HFF, I’m not sure that Hobbs playing ahead of him is really the issue.
