I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again. If this football club administration can’t see the gilt edged opportunity that Merrett, Ridley and maybe Draper have handed to them on a platter then every last one of them needs to go.

We can own this year and probably next year’s draft and land at least 5 first round picks this year and probably a similar amount in 26.

pretty sure I got suspended a few years back for saying something about a an essendon player at the time who was delisted or moved on not long afterwards, granted i’d drank a bit and the details are a bit fuzzy.

I think the point being, if the player wasn’t public enemy number 1 like merrett is atm, some of the comments would be landing people in trouble.

but because he is public enemy no.1 at the club and will be for awhile, it’s open season on him.

will be interesting though. cos if he goes no where, there’s going to be a lot of emtionally invested people wanting to continue the rage next season, towards a listed essendon player, will be funny to see how they handle that computing system error

Disagree. They have drawn a line in the sand.

They have said he’s not one of us so we are moving on with those that are on board with what we are doing. It needed to happen or the speculation would be on the club rather than the individual who appears to be the main issue here.
