He still had most of the same spuds in the playing group.
Merrett is a better captain but questions should be asked about the last two seasons. Why the drop off.
Obviously i donāt know Merrett but he comes across as a competitive man.
If he wants success he and Brad should review the list and make the call. Merrett would know wo is far dinkum and who is not.

If I was merrett Iād be doing everything I could to get a trade. Nobody could begrudge him.

Spot on he leads by example when he wants too, once he starts sticking a hand out for a tackle or playing and complaining for free kicks it all goes out the window.

Usually yes, but I thought he was mostly rubbish today.
