I agree. He’s paying a tax for being in a lowly team. He’s a superstar and I don’t think as widely appreciated as he deserves. Hird, Watson (Jobe) and Merrett our three standouts this century.

An astute Blitzer said last week that the filth have really held up because they’ve had a bunch of great players extend their careers into their mid 30’s… Pendles, Sidearse, etc
Merret can be that… premiership at EFC to pay him back in 2030.

I remember how many people on here tried to tell me that parish was better than Zach in 2021.
Yes both had good years that season but if you couldn’t see who was the more complete player then god help you
