What do you mean by Hawks made their move late? Sydney didn’t submit their first offer for Curnow until Tuesday as well

They were talking to Florent and Hayward last week about the possibility of a trade to Carlton. Hawks did nothing of the sort to get us fair value.

We need to assume Zach is going to ask to leave again in 12 months, means we have 12 months to woo someone else, be it a Hawthorn player or someone else, get the cheque book out.

Joel Freijah is out of contract next year, I’d be making him a rich boy.
