There is a possibility he is still a bit sore, the S&C staff know he’s a bit sore, but are confident that he can start training and won’t get further injured.

So that grimace (if it was one) could be absolutely nothing of concern.

Seemed like a facial expression that many do at the end of a physical effort. Didn’t see and twitches in his back or anywhere else.

Though he didn’t look to me to be moving 100% freely though. Hard to tell from a short clip.

Confirmed has a back stress fracture by Dan Mchperson today.

Shame but lets just get the lad right.

He started his rehab - has it come back/not fixed properly?

It was stress fracture at the start, not just a hot spot.

not sure where hes at with it now but I imagine hes almost over it given the increase in training loads.

So club still being economical with the truth re injuries?

Robey certainly ramped up his program today. Was doing proper full sprint work, contact work and then laps.

@Heppelltitis - who seems to know re this stuff - said hotspots basically are fractures so it’s all semantics, not necessarily club dodginess (no, I don’t defend the club about everything)

Seems like it but oh well.
May still have been on the minor end of a fracture.
as per CJohns he looks to be almost over it and thats the only thing that matters moving forward.

Cant wait to watch him play, recon he is going to be a star.

Hopefully he trains with the main group tomorrow and maybe gets some limited VFL minutes vs Saints VFL on Sunday

I had it at the gym last week.

I went easy and now I’m not aware of my hamstring being tender any more.
