100%. I have lots of friends here in the US that played college sport and/or who’s families are donars with facilities named after them etc. He would have absolutely helped his kid get into that program.
Give the kid some credit. He could have easily got into a number of industries over here and got a leg up but didn’t. The idea that Eddie has any pull in an American college football setup is ridiculous.

All college kids parents are expected to Boosters if they are international students.
It wouldn’t, and there’s a lot of scouts/programs recruiting park footy players over here to punt/kick.
Dusty snubs the media for his whole career and then Fox give him a commentary gig.

I actually admire Dusty for the way he’s conducted himself as a footballer. Gun player, fair player, respected his opponents, not a ■■■■ and kept himself distant from all the hoo haa that is the AFL media circus.

The first and last shows are the epitome of everything wrong about footy media at the moment. It’s just the way TV and social media is heading unfortunately. You just know all they’ll be doing is making clickbaity calls, getting into fake arguments with people, talking about random twitter ■■■■, all of which will then be posted on twitter/ insta, and then be spoken about again in the next episode, etc etc etc.
Really just makes you want to tune out from it all together.

Can’t remember where I saw it but I thought our crowds were amongst the highest this year?
Still filling the coffers even in a disappointing season. Imagine how many $$$ we would be contributing if we ever got our mojo back!
