A little crispy one Garry - The footy media thread

Can he buy farms for players looking for a trade?

He came out with strong words and some action to start but ended up caving. Can’t remember the time frame but I don’t think it took him that long to fold. It was Hirdy that kept fighting which went against what the club wanted him to do.

Yeah I recall a bit of a split when Jimmy went to court defending himself, but geez it was on for awhile there doubt any club or board has ever fought so hard.

here we go carnage incoming. Meanwhile McGrath still can’t make a coherent decision with the ball, we can’t stick a tackle, we defend like potatoes and Ben Hobbs can’t kick over a jam tin.

All the so-called dissatisfaction included people wanting Dodoro back, so I call bullshit.

I stayed at Little’s hotel in Portarlington beginning of March, and the ā€œFoxtelā€ package available on the TV included the 99 prelim, so i have severe doubts about his love for the club.

But we’re not playing in the past. Don’t remember who said it but the past is another country.

Can someone please remind me what the ā€˜little crispy one’ refers to? It’s been a while

So a new show called The Agenda Setters with Kane in a prominent role kicks off. A couple months later and it seems we’re talking more about that d!ckhead’s run ins with coaches, his sniping at players for perceived shortcomings and I’m on Blitz letting you all know how I feel about him. Cannot help but feel some of us have fallen into a trap.

I dont watch any of the msm footy shows… even the one with James on the panel. I especially hate seeing that hypocrite mcguire sitting next to him … when is he ever going to admit to his role in the sarah phone call saga.

All Cornes did last night was say ā€œBevoā€ as a greeting when he walked past and Beveridge then turned back and gave him a spray. Probably says more about Beveridge than Cornes.

I dislike Bevo as much as the next guy but let’s not pretend like Cornes was just being friendly. There was already tension between the two and Bulldogs had banned Cornes same as North had (just not as publicly).

Cornes knew exactly what he was doing. He was being an antagonistic little ā– ā– ā– ā– . I think it’s unedifying for someone in the media to be approaching a coach like that with the only end goal being to get a reaction (which he did).

He’s told him he’s not welcome and then invades his space and goads him.

Just a ā– ā– ā– ā–  bloke all round.
