Has anyone mentioned the Samsung ad? Where they build a football pitch? That made me want to buy their phone... poor kids buying $1000 bucks worth of Samsung gear...
Every ad during the tennis (not the commercial breaks but the stupid ones between changeovers). Time, to get f*****
The block ad with the 'surprise' being a swimming pool.
I’ve done a few focus groups for ads and drinks and stuff. When you do them for tv commercials they show you the ads in between some generic ones, but I kept zoning out missing all the content and then going
Me “yeah I’d buy that car for sure, loved the music, think its is aimed at 18-25 males…”
Them “Um…yeah, what about the American Express ads, that’s what we are reviewing…?” Me “Oh yeah, them too, they’re awesome. When do we get paid?”
Thomas, my almost 17 month old LOVES the Compare the Meerkat ads. I used to hate the surfing Santa Aldi ads, till we saw Thomas dancing to them and now I cannot help but love them. Thomas pretty much loves every insurance ad and any ad that has animation in it.
I used to love the "Everybody Loves Speedo" ads back in the day.
I like the Compare the Meerkat / Compare the Market ads.

I can't help but think they're really missing the point of the song, too.
On a separate note, I confess to visiting the compare the meerkat site.

The ad where the guy is sitting in the apartment bored out of his mind and then uses his girlfreind's sanitary pads to dress up like a samurai. And then the girlfriend walks in with her parents and catches him... Also the previous version where he was using the tampons to tease the cat while the girlfriend is looking for them. When she realises what he is doing he simply looks at her and says "what?". Gold.

the mitsubishi ones that use that Ikona pop abortion of a song make me want to hurt inanimate objects.
i do like the bbq cleaner one where the bloke asks for a beer and the newspaper, although i call bullshit on being able to clean a hot plate that easily.
You'd be right - those things definitely don't work that well.
Guy definitely hasn't been bbq'ing anything marinated!

Is that a "like"?
GTFO
It follows the long observed advertising tradition of depicting men as idiots, and women as their long suffering partners.
