Peter Jackson? Why’s he a traitor? Sure, he likely was in charge when the salary cap was mismanaged around 2002 and he probably did under invest in the footy department around 2003>, however, he did lead the club through the salary cap rotting in the late 1990’s and was in charge during that great period, 1999-2001.
My criticism of his time in hindsight was he was CEO and believed rebuilding after a flag was an inevitable outcome of success and we should just start again. That was in contradiction to Sheeds approach so a disconnect. Secondly, he took us to Marvel Stadium which was in hindsight a mistake strategically for our club. Thirdly, he may have been involved in moving us to The Hangar.
However, I don’t know where traitor comes from.

The grand final sprint has alway been something that ive been scratching my head over.
I think it’s clear that the player who puts their hand up, wants the free ticket to the grand final…… oh btw you need to sprint 100m aswell.
No, I didn’t know.
I turned it on 30 sec before the opening bounce and turned it off 20 sec before the end.
Now that I do know I couldn’t give the very faintest of flying farks.

So back to point, our list management sucks
Townsend, Cutler, Hibberd, Weideman etc vs Crisp, Mitchell,Howe, Hill. Not so draft centric but rather not having a clue on how to trade in the missing pieces. Collingwood went and got the missing pieces without pulling off an overblown blockbuster trade. Moneyball 101
