Dodoro, who tried to get Hill and Dunkley, got Conor once and tried a second time, and made Daniher stay is still being tried for crimes of âhe doesnât go after the right playersâ.
Somehow this bloke is supposed to sell the biggest joke in Australian sport, right after being asked to identify the talent that will take you to Grand Finals. One, two, three and four just yesterday can all attest he tried just that. Sometimes twice.
Itâs not his job you peanuts. No I like peanuts⌠numb nuts. Tag nuts. Itâs the job of a committee who is voted in to look after a club. They are the ones that have let you down egregiously but those of you that spend their life in here crying into your mushy hospital foods will not have it.
Itâs just to hard to think beyond the simplistic isnât it. Heâs got to go yes, but your vitriol is energy that should have been saved for countless board members that have held up the lay down sally standard weâve come to expect from this club.
The same board that veto against all the things good clubs, hell even mediocre ones, install as bog standard. Again itâs been documented we had people that actively passed a notion that A grade talent will look after itself. Develop them? Fk that. Adrian go get the A grade talent. Oh you have? Underpants⌠success.
People crying we should have had those players with us, and if by some miracle we achieved this it would ascend us to grand final day. He did try and get them. But itâs not his job to sell that impossible dream. The clubs a basket case. That someone took a turd in. That dodoro has been asked time and time to jump into Kenny style and polish.
No one can polish a turd as big as Essendon. Especially in a basket.
No one wants to play for us because they think weâre â â â â . They think weâre a selfish club run by people with their own agenda and self interests who donât care a fig about you once youâve signed on to don the sash.

If the club underwent a holistic enema tomorrow Iâm sure there would be a place for dodoro, but his flaws have been exposed and magnified badly by an organisation that as bomber told us just chews people up. Emotionally and spiritually and career wise to boot.
Iâm glad all those guys got their chance yesterday, cause clearly he saw enough in them to think here are guys that give you a chance to win flags. Other clubs saw that too. So here we all are.
In another dimension and at a club bearing similarities to this one but operated properly he comes out of this looking a lot better.
Better than the farksticks whoâll be knifing him for the next 12 months anyway.

We have not produced one elite academy player and our last F/S gun was Jobe
Essendons F/S academy development sucks balls worst in the comp i reckon. Only one we seem to have who has potential to be an absolute gun is Koby Bewick and is still a few years away.
The academies and f/s are mostly luck based, programs only do so much

One of the Daveys will be a good player. The other has to overcome a knee injury. Tex Iâm not sure - unless he gets fit and builds a frame to play AFL. Needs a much better fitness base and strength

Love to see a race over 400 MTRS he would be up there
it does add a degree of certainty, if you know youre getting a certain type from there thats decent to good you can target other areas with your draft picks, or you know throw 4 picks at key position players in 2020

Tex has a seriously tough battle ahead of him.
He hasnât been fully fit for 3 years, and he has another long term injury.
Unless your a first round pick, you simply donât get the time to prove yourself if your always injured (even a father son).
