AFL - Terrible Ideas, Too Many Ideas, No Idea…

At least someone understands it’s all about quantity, not quality.

Mick Warner’s book getting a run

What’s a football person?

Are they made of kangaroo leather?

Kinda feel on the whole the AFL seems to be running smoothly and isnt completely out of touch with the common man. I’m not sure radical change is needed.

You mean…apart from the different spelling of their surnames.

Paul Sheahan…Mike Sheehan.

Paul Sheahan recently squiring Sussssan Ley.

I misspelt Paul the ex cricketer - Sheahan cousin of Mike Sheahan.
Paul Sheehan is a former Fairfax political reporter

Guess they needed someone who knows where all the bodies are buried. Ideally, someone who was complicit in burying them in the first place.

Qantas did a global search for a CEO to replace Joyce, but concluded that the three front runners were from within Qantas. No whistleblowers about Joyce tenure.

They had a token look, never was much doubt that the replacement would come from within as a couple of his main disciples had the inside running

Point of order - do leprechauns have disciples?

Goyder pushed hard to have a female CEO of the AFL, had to resort to his backup plan at QANTAS

I don’t know what they are called but he has an army of them and a couple of them are more ruthless than he is

Media reporting was that he wanted Gil to stay on, nothing about him wanting a female at AFL
And, IIRC, he wants a former player as the new Commissioner. That could cut out most females.

It’s been all over the news he got out voted on his choice Kylie Watson Wheeler. Goyder seems clueless, need’s to be replaced.

Taz the Tasmanian Devil was created in 1954 by Mel Blanc. Apparently Errol Flynn was involved at the start. I would assume they trademarked it back then.
