I mean, the AFL is an NFP. So, yeah.
But it’s not a charity and is not subject to the scrutiny and disciplines of the Charities and NFP Commission( ACNC)
We are now getting NFP Charities designating themselves as profit for purpose ( profits mostly from the services outsourced by Governments)

At first I thought this article was just going to be PR-speak for “yeah, it’s bloody broken, ain’t it?” … but they’ve gone right off the deep end: it’s the fans’ fault for identifying the actual story that the Suns were robbed of their only possible win of the season.

Just found this post, agree with it entirely. The only small difference is my support (from hazy memories growing a small rural town in Northern Victoria) is that I started supporting in the 1968 season so a tad under 60 years.
