Next to past champion forwards of game Richo, Carey etc he’s a genius. Alternatively you ressurect Hird through that role.

Lloyd has no coaching experience though.

He could potentially come is as a development coach but forward structure and so on would be beyond him.

I was joking, mate.

I don’t mind parts of that list.

Hardwick is contracted until the end of 2021, so we would need to look elsewhere for the senior coach.

One of Matty Egan, Adam Kingsley or Scott Burns for Head Coach. I also wouldn’t mind either Kingsley or Burns as an assistant coach (mid) if not chosen as the HC.
Blake Caracella - Game Strategy.
Matty Scarlett & Ben Rutten - Backline.
Roughead - Forwards.
Kelly - PC.
Wanganeen - Indigenous Recruitment.

He gave up his chance in 1993 to be apart of the Baby Bombers. But he is the skills coach at Freo currently and we need one of them.

Assuming the poster in this case is just bored and not what they would like to see, but:
Hardwick will never come to Essendon
Lloyd couldn’t commit to more hours as a goal kicking coach due to his media commitments so what has changed?
Why would Solly make us harder? Did you ever see how our coach played in the 90s?
Jobe is probably still in NY. He did say recently that he hadn’t even been back at the club since he retired (or was that misinterpreted?)

Jobe Watson spends most of his time in Melbourne with partner and daughter, though he’ll travel to NY in September to check on his two restaurants - Jobe has been to one game this year - Doubt he’ll ever coach but you never say never.

Assuming there’s some changes in the assistant coaching set up the most likely move would be Myers in.
Kelly promoted to more responsibilities & Myers takes over his teaching role.

In my opinion it’s Corrigan and Harvey who have to go.
