Voss has shown he isn’t up to coaching at 2 clubs now. He might have been a decent assistant at Port, but I’d be steering clear and looking for the best up and coming talent.

Fair play to him, lasting 7 years as a coach at Essendon is to witness a fair bit of regime overhaul and at 3 least senior coaches.
We really are starting again with the whole new footy department. A lot of decisions that we desperately need to nail - Head of footy feels like a critical one in particular.

Good to see the de-development coaches going out the door. 7 years and the only elite development we’ve seen was Merrett which was mostly through his own work rate.
