Went to see naked gun tonight. Absolutely hilarious.
nothing better than watching a really funny comedy in a packed theatre
the first half especially, there is so many jokes and gags coming so quickly you almost have to see it twice to take it all in.
Highly recommend it

I was about to put my headphones on and remembered I live alone now
speaking of new movie
Fountain of Youth - Guy Ritchie, John Krasinski, Natalie Portman. Apple TV.
Watched about 70-80mins of its 2:05 runtime.
It’s a slightly dumber and less charming Da Vinci Code. I honestly don’t know who this movie is for.
It’s…family-friendly action?
The only stakes are a billionaire with a terminal illness who is Not one of the main characters, and we’re given very little reason to care about him at all.
I would suggest avoiding, which is very easy to do given the service it’s on.
Like others here, I did enjoy K-Pop Demon Hunters. It’s exactly what it sounds like. The animation is good. The plot is…kinda what you’d expect from a Sailor Moon-ish style anime.
The songs are catchy as hell. There’s a cute animal side-kick.
The humour is really good, and the characters have more charm in one of their animated little fingers than the entire cast of Fountain of Youth.
I have a little crush on the redhead.
Disposable but fun.
Damn, I was thinking it was a remake of Testament of Youth about Vera Britten’s friendship with 3 University friends on the verge of WW1. An excellent indictment on the futility of war.
Alicia Vikander and Kit Harrington starred.
Kpop Demons. A relative cam over & put it on my TV saying its the highest rated movie on netflix.I have no ■■■■■■■ idea what I watched nor do I have any desire to relive it, nor have anyone else view this utter ■■■■■■■ tripe.

Such a weird attitude.
I have some amusingly bad news for you
… a sequel to the Netflix animated film “K-pop Demon Hunters” is in development. Netflix is also considering expanding the franchise into a trilogy with two more animated sequels, a stage musical, and potentially a live-action remake.
I’ve never seen it, but my 8 year old daughters love it. I’m assuming that’s who the target audience is.
