Australian Policies -- 2026, and we have no Shadow Cabinet

LOL, did One Nation tell this one guy to stand there to block the ABC camera?

How ■■■■ are the Nationals and Liberals.

they are soooo cooked.

I liked Solid Rock playing at the One Nation room.

I wonder how long the ON bloke stays with ON?

less than 2 weeks after swearing in

Hold on, I think I called this as soon as the leadership spill happened:

Wilson is a dead set rat. They already accommodate the Nats, the looney christo fascists, now they’re broadening the church to welcome their racist saviours? Something tells me this country is heading for the worst kind of division, courtesy of these weak and unscrupulous people

Rememebr when Tim Wilson was the next great moderate hope to lead the Liberal party? He stopped with that talk pretty quick after the election when he no longer needed to act nice to fend off a Teal.

Wilson and Gina are IPA darlings, so it’s not really a surprise.

Great win for Australia and Australian people. Deranged nutters still deranged and can’t comprehend what is going on. LOL at fools suggesting Farley is going to defect from ON. He was a strange choice and clearly has his own undisclosed agenda. It might make sense to walk from a party that gets 7% of the vote. But if you want to continue in politics beyond this by election, you don’t walk from a party that is capable of getting 20-40% of primary vote. I think he is more likely to try to change ON policies from within the party rather than walk.

Other things that are clear. Labor knows how much ON is getting of their working class taxpayer vote and is too gutless to stand a candidate against ON in these by-elections lest the wider world will see that. Pollsters are winning - ON is consistently getting the real world votes that polling suggests they will. This means the demographic splits and reasons for the ON vote are also correct.

Big loss for Getup and people who have spent the last decade reading The *********. I listened to a Crikey podcast this week about Farrer. Stunning how these idiots who claimed to be a “national media organisation” had zero idea of the negative impact of water policy and energy policy on the Farrer region.

Use that word again, you will get a holiday.

The real world is a place i hope to visit some day, if it wasn’t so full of whinging self pity campaigners i would’ve long ago. Still, the fake world is pretty good, better music and more culinary choices, different languages, books

I rather dislike Wilson and Rinehart.

Trying to avoid a warning from @Hoffy

Simple way to avoid a holiday is to avoid using a very distasteful word. That leaves a lot of scope for other descriptions, only limited by your imagination.

Now I want to know this distasteful word.

I am always trying to expand my vocabulary, may @Kay_Eff_See could PM it to me.

I suspect it may be related to Australian swimmer, Emily Seebohm, and her being dropped.

Labor voters in SA didn’t flock to ON.
Labor didn’t contest Farrer so it’s RW voters shuffling between RW parties.
Why would Labor voters leave a fair and equitable system for a billionaire controlled oligarchy? It’s against all their principles and values.
