The ALP knows what it stands for.
It is farking Government that has no idea.

3 strikes and you’re out IMO
Why is the bully looked after as much as their victim
I actually dont mind Albo.
He was handed a ■■■■ sandwich coming in. Most governments are.
The problem for Albanese is that he came in with a heap of good policies, and planned to govern more aligned to his values………. But he has gotten sh*t scared about the upcoming election.
It’s short sighted policy making. Refusing to negotiate on policies (which was one of his strengths under Gillard), and inaction on Labors election promises.
Yeah they’ll probably get a few election promises through before the next one……. But people expect action on these things within 12-18 months.
And outside of the school system it should absolutely lead to criminal proceedings and significant punisnment if it leads to the horrible stories that have happened recently.
Not so easy to expel kids from public schools, hence why nothing usually happens
I read an article about a dad taking about an AVO against a bully on behalf of his son, the school was good at working with him and the police to establish how it would be enforced
■■■■■■ that it has to come to this
The problem for Albanese is that he came in with a heap of good policies, and planned to govern more aligned to his values………. But he has gotten sh*t scared about the upcoming election.
What policy haven’t they implemented other than the voice, which it wasn’t for trying. If anything they were too timid at the election, which was called out.
There’s a heap of greens policies they haven’t implemented, becuase well they aren’t the greens.
Ill repeat again, the only way i stopped my bully was snapping and beating the everlasting ■■■■ out of him.
It shouldn’t come to that
The problem for Albanese is that he came in with a heap of good policies, and planned to govern more aligned to his values………. But he has gotten sh*t scared about the upcoming election.
And to be fair it has strong historical grounds, that fear. There’s an appetite for strongman politics and the grotty cop from Qld is cos-playing the part with a big social media game and a new Murdoch demon ready to MAGA that ■■■■.
66 promises, 39 promises yet to be delivered.
They have sat on their hands for 3 years, and blamed the Greens for not passing bills.
He claims Dutton wont negotiate on anything.
What’s with all the politics chat, this is the pre-mix thread.
I even had some weird strongbow phase. What the hell graham.
There’s some good ones in there, which tbh I wasn’t even aware of.
Some nonsense as well though.
Two promises they are saying were broken becuase they copied the LNP tax program. Surely you suppprt not keeping those promises and making stage 3 fairer.
I didnt go through all the in progress ones, but I did click on free tafe as that’s been in the news. ABC I saying it’s not completed because they have only delivered $335m (so far) against a promise of $460m. I mean come on, that still should be celebrated as an accomplishment. Otherwise your feeding into the broader narrative the LNP will deliver more, which good luck with them funding tafe at all.
They are all the the Northern Suburbs. Can waltz in and get anything you want
You just need to walk into the CBD. Every block has a vape shop. Some selling vapes exclusively. The govt has no inclination to actually do anything about it.
In some legit good news, the ALP passed the global minimum tax of 15%, which should help somewhat reduce shonky tax avoidance tricks by big multinationals - related-party transaction shenanigans and the like.
They may not be breaking the law, but the taxes multinationals pay are not proportional to the profits they are raking in. That’s something laws passed earlier this week seek to change.
In less good news, it appears that Fatima Payman ended up being the one responsible for killing the new EPA bill, perhaps not Albanese after all. The ALP just assumed her vote was in their pocket, and forgot they kicked her out of the party and she could vote however she liked now. And then the Minerals Council saw their chance and quote ‘camped out in her office…’
Fatima Payman's vote was needed to pass a critical reform. It was late on Wednesday the prime minister's office realised it was about to collapse.
Like this….
Albanese is running around absolutely sh*t scared.
This is the sort of shenanigans that will have Albanese knifed before the election.
Does using a VPN totally get around the social media ban ? Asking for a friend !!
Absolutely obliterate myself on that ■■■■.
3 strikes and you’re out IMO
- Detention
- Suspension
- Expulsion
Why is the bully looked after as much as their victim
Heff kids have been instructed to belt a bully. No three strikes.
