Australian Politics -- hold my slabs

This guy was but settled in Canberra.

My wife, a nurse, has so far had 2 knee replacements and is booked in for a hip replacement. She’s got to know her surgeon very well over the last few years. Top bloke. He’s amongst the top orthopaedic surgeons in the country. The cost? Nil. It’s just the wait that’s the down side.

And that didn’t disqualify him straight out of the gate??

The AFL are clearly influencing Government policy now.

If it’s non elective. I would go public every time ( apart from the food and if you have to share a room with someone from hell and their visitors)
I have top health cover, but have always paid a gap fee or whatever every time I’ve gone private.
There is some arrangement, if you go public with private cover, if you agree, the hospital can claim the bed fee from the private insurer, to be used for research. I always agree and got a big thrill when my private insurer coughed up the bed fee to the public hospital for a month’s stay.

China?

Vaccine roll-out?

Delusional little toad! I’d have thought you’d have to be involved in something international.

Increasing out of pocket medical expenses?

Putin is a tank so fair call

Interesting.

The only thing retirees know a little more about than franking credits is joint replacements.
