How the hell did Bellchambers last until 77…

Just doing some work - will be 15

Shrewd awareness by my recruiting department!

What about if UF was kept updated as we went? I will try to get this done tonight.

Not what I wanted to read

Think we would be right this year, i think it’s just a easier process that’s all mate

Time for a ruckman!

@westozziebomber might be a little while before he takes his pick

Not great numbers last year, injury concerns going into the season

This, exactly this.

Also Hanley

What chance pick 92 tonight?

Not sure. If @Vandrs is around we could jump through the next few quickly before we get back to @Smooth and @westozziebomber

All done.

It might be now

So I have now taken 8 out of my 10 picks. I am really hoping I have added some good depth to my squad.

Gee you traded well to achieve that. You didn’t start till the 40s either if i recall. I ended up with 5 inside 60 and 5 the other side of 90. It was can’t of necessitated by the neede to turn the squad over but gives me plenty to think about in terms of trade/draft strategy for next year.

Next year will be more about the draft for me I suspect

Wob notified. Jesus we’re really scraping the bottom of the barrel now, especially with rucks. Hoping Spencer at least gets the #2 ruck role with the Dees so I can have bench cover so I can play Nank the Tank up forward…

My 20 keepers were fairly tight and with a surplus of forwards so I was able to shuffle a few players around. At the end of the trade period I had moved the following:

Out - Joe Daniher, Mitch Wallis, Jamie Elliott, Toby Nankervis and Marley Williams
In - Jarryd Lyons, Bryce Gibbs and Matthew Kruezer

Wallis and Elliott effectively got me a first rounder which I packaged up with my second rounder to get Gibbs. While I got Lyons for my other first rounder and Nankervis. Then Daniher got me Krezuer. It just happened in all these trades that I ended up with picks between 30 and 90 to offset picks/sweeten the deal.

The Nankervis deal will probably haunt me as I can see him easily outscoring Krezuer based on the preseason games. When I did that trade I thought Nicholls was locked as the Gold Coast number 1 ruck - subsequent news changed that which meant that I took up the Krezuer offer. Also I wasn’t sure Nankervis would score well and wanted to get some value out of him, which now looks unders.

He sure has had an impressive preseason to date. Still, it’s Richmond, they may yet banish him to a forward pocket in favor of hampson
