If that’s the Rutten stamp of a pre-game address then his communication skills are at best average.
He doesn’t inspire in content or delivery and in all honesty there’s no point of difference with Rutten.
Vanilla backman springs to mind.
I think he leaves it to the players to get fired up.

What is wrong with the coaches? Please try playing all the players in positions to their strengths not their b1oody weaknesses.
