I donāt think live in the past as much as we leverage the great achievements of people and teams from that past for marketing purposes, back patting and photo ops.

Agreed. We read yesterday all about how the players tore strips off Barham for his handling of the coaching situation, and then they get the chance to show up and play their hearts out for Rutten, and they serve up ā¦ that? Money where mouth is, guys.

I meanā¦Gibbs was legit stupid, and I would hope an example to us all, but heās gone now.
What we have over them is that we have a genuine choice in senior players to trade.

I agree. Heās been agitating for change for a few years now but hasnāt had the numbers. I want to see what he can do with the power to actually effect change. In my dealings with him, heās as frustrated as us and wants to do something about it. He deserves a chance IMO.
