This one deserves a mention. The cover itself is nothing special (although striking in it's simplicity) but the album packaging is just great, particularly the vinyl version.
It's based on an mid century medical/religious book. Friend of mine has a copy of the actual book. Is a frightening read on many levels. Not a Pearl Jam fan as such, but remember really liking that album a lot.

I liked the original cover from Stand Up, which folded out, and was based on a wood cut of the band.
btw, I’ve long coveted a big rug that’s a montage of full size vinyl album covers of my choosing.
Does anyone know of a place that would provide such a service?
