Blatant cheating by umpires - “having a ‘mare” this century

There’s no ‘4 m gap’ described in the rules. The only way this can be interpreted is that any player with ‘prior opportunity’ who then rushes the ball through should be penalised. The only issue is that the umpires have never paid it like this…

In fact the rule effectively means any disposal through the sticks must be penalised. Because if you have disposed - you have had ‘time and space to dispose’.

The bolded is the big issue.
People are citing the prior opportunity as evidence to the correct call. And that is an accurate statement.
But it has never once been paid in this manner that I’ve seen.
