I know this is not the way to motivate a millennial sports team, they need a more sensitive approach. I’d make myself vulnerable and invested, we’d do earthing and mindfulness meditation to create a clear and focused mindset. Then right before they run out, I’d tell em to crack ■■■■■■■ heads or don’t come back!
