Iām being edged into oblivion because we really ā ā ā ā ā ā ā missed some sitters, on average games we convert those but ā ā ā ā me it sucks to have this happen 2 weeks in a row.
I had us losing by 20 but it should have been WAY closer with much more pressure on them. Blitz will blow up with all the usual aspects but as you said I donāt think we walk away too disgraced

This team cannot learn anything, weāre still making bone-headed decisions when we have the ball. Itās not gonna change anytime soon
Our goal kicking efforts are laughable.
Jones Stringer and Wright non contributors on the fwd line. Wright only useful in the ruck.
Caddy deserves a shot.
Watching that and last week is just so frustrating.

I thought we would be beaten by more and I thought it would look a lot different. In the end we actually were right in the game for most of it and just needed to be cleaner with the ball in the forward half to get the win.

Only thing stopping me from having a mental breakdown right now is that the ins against a Reid-less Eagles will be Redman, Duursma, Draper, Caddy and, assuming his ankle is ok, El-Hawli.
But fark me, what a frustrating game, exactly like last week. Effort: 8/10. Execution: 1.5/10

luckily we can all rest well tonight in warm fuzzy feels knowing that we are better than carlton.
I mean sure some of us would rather the scoreboard win and ladder position, but you know, as long as we think, believe and feel in our hearts we are better than them, thatās all that matters.

Disappointing result. FC deserved to win and were a better side for majority of the evening ā¦ but not without our chances. We could have been (and should have been) significantly closer at the last break after that 3rd Quarter.
A fit Draper, Redman, Parish, Hobbs, Duursma will improve that team tonightā¦ a lot. Throw Caddy and El-Hawli (debut against WCE?) in the mix as well.
Overdue for a week off. Players and fans both need it. I think thereās at least half a dozen a long way from 100% right now.
To turn at 8-4-1 has been a pretty good result and one many of us wouldnāt have expected. Things arenāt perfect but I donāt think they were ever going to be in 2024.

That wasnāt much fun but itās still better than what we served up in 2023.
Alsoā¦I think the flaws are pretty obvious.
Whether we actually address them is another thing, but the opportunity is there.
