Got to give some credit to the defenders in the first half not going with their men and allowing options for the pass into (their) F50.
On a positive note, how good is Guelfi.
Love his hardness.

But fark meā¦ I doubt Lockett and Dunstall would kick goals with that delivery.
We just cannot play Wright and Jones in the same forward-line. Right now, Iād lean toward Jonesā¦ he canāt kick but at least his hands work.

Bit depressing, but I walk away somewhat encouraged
We played a very in form team at the top of the comp and we matched them in a lot of areas. Beat them in a few.
2MP was a disaster and we couldnāt kick a goal to save ourselves. Other than that we had their measure. Unfortunately the game is about kicking goals.

Arguably could / should have won. With quite a few players seemingly not in form.
The forward system is poor , we arenāt getting the ball delivered efficiently and we donāt have the creative smalls to be genuinely dangerous at ground level.
But weāre 8 wins and a draw at the bye, with two blown chances in the last two. Iāll take that still.

You have got it, we will be a much improved side by just adding Caddy and El Huli. Soome of the younger players will get better as well

Again itās all about expectations, I rate us as a mid-table team 8-12 so we did a very impressive job in parts against a contender tonight
But still concerning that it looks weāre tracking for the usual scrape-into-the-eight then get demolished by an actual finals side year
