We need to pray that Vozzo has the plumbs to actually do something about this ■■■■■■■ club… Philapou just put one through and I just threw up on myself… FARK

Me just being so sensitive after that kind of performance but seeing Phillipou kick a goal against the Cats, as the Saints are charging for finals ……after telling Dodoro he’d regret not selecting him……just seems fitting.

That and Francis playing well against the Crows for the Swans too. As well as Carlton cementing a spot in the finals.

Just a great night for Essendon supporters.

Tom Green is a modern AFL midfielder. We had no one who could make him earn his touches today. The gap between our midfield and a midfield capable of threatening in finals remains enormous.

I rmbr that Blues game only too well. They started the last with 3 goals to hit the lead. The total playing time was THIRTY SECONDS. They then kicked 12 or 13 in the last. No, today was far worse. So much on the line. I’ll call it our worst ever loss for that reason

Can someone tell Adrian.

Ive rated Green since his debut. Wonderful footballer

Phillipou hasn’t been that great this year.

It’s the type of defeat that requires a truckload of chicken ■■■■ delivered to the ‘Hangar’ tomorrow and dumped at the front door.

See: Richmond in 2002-04 period.

fixture and not for long!

There was a 147-point shellacking way back in '71 at Victoria Park that was very hard to take. But we were a woeful side in those post-Coleman years and there was a wholesale cleanout at year’s end. But sustained success wouldn’t start for nigh on a decade.

Today was worse than that. Way worse.

You can defend Dodoro all you want, but he’s been at the club during a consistently terrible period of performance. And what skills did he have to qualify for the role? I would suggest that given the resources and connections that Dodoro has, @Finding_Nino could have assembled a better list.

He’s not the whole problem but he’s an extremely obvious part of it.

Gut this ■■■■■■■ putrid list, seriously gut it. We don’t have the cattle.

Feel like the same thing is happening to my cricket club
A few of us having been trying to give subtle hints about recruitment, culture, training etc
That we need to do things differently, try new things etc
Kept getting shat on, everything’s ok. Surprise surprise, we finished bottom in all 4 grades, lost some great players to retirement and job opportunities. Now panicking because we have a serious lack of top quality players, zero culture.

I told you so has already trotted out

You mean @Finding_Nino would have assembled a better list… Don’t put Nino down. Fark don’t even compare him to Dodo

We gut the list and still end up being crap then what?

I’m just so glad that we preserved our culture, belief and morale in the last couple of weeks when we fell across the line against West Coast and North. I much rather that than getting a top 5 pick.

Just think about how much more we would have been beaten by today had our group NOT received that culture affirming win or two!

Geelong got to play us twice.

I watched the first 10 mins and could see the writing on wall and turned off. I can’t watch this team any more, it’s just bad for my health. I’ve become disconnected and so has my love of football. Can’t see anything good happening next year either. Feels like the club is stuck in quicksand!
